Thursday 30 January 6.30pm WB Yeats talk by Graham Fawcett
To mark the 75th anniversary of his death on 28 January 1939, Graham Fawcett takes us on a lyrical journey through the life and work of W B Yeats, the great Irish poet who brought life back to a Celtic folk culture of magic and mysticism. Graham Fawcett’s unique style of performance informs while entertaining and enriching. Honed as a BBC Radio 3 & 4 presenter, he gives his talks at festivals and Poetry Schools around the country.
