DORSET NOW showcases the work of a vibrant and diverse group of artists and designer craftspeople living or working in Dorset today.  The exhibition creates a hub to show the extraordinary quality and variety of art and craft Dorset produces and inspires.

These are nationally and internationally acclaimed artists who explore different ways of painting, drawing or making collage about the experience of being in a place at a particular moment. Please click on the links above for information and work by each artist.

Petter Southall’s furniture designs have a relaxed style with curves and natural finishes made in solid often local hardwoods. Both he and Richard Batterham make superb craftsmanship and design look easy and wonderfully simple.
