Sladers Yard Café is offering a special lunch menu and a proper old-fashioned High Tea (see below) suitable for all the family.

 Lunch will include all our usual delicious menu including vegetarian and vegan dishes plus the following all at £15:

Mother’s Day Lunch Specials

Warm Crispy Duck and Noodle Salad with Chinese Five-Spice

Slow-cooked Shoulder of Lamb with Pomegranate served with warm Couscous and Green    leaves

Chunky Fish Stew with King Prawns, Mussels, White Fish and Mediterranean Veg served with Crusty Bread

Goan Fish Curry served with mini Popadoms, Basmati Rice and

For children we have all kinds of sandwiches or:

Tagliatelle with Roasted Tomato and Red Pepper Sauce, Grated Cheese and Salad. £8

Desserts at £5 include:

Treacle Tart with clotted cream

Apple and Almond Crumble served with Baboo Gelato ice cream

Plums cooked in port with Baboo Gelato Passionfruit Sorbet

Orange and Pistachio Polenta Cake with Crème Fraîche and Fresh Berries (gluten-free)

Sladers High Tea at £10 a head includes:

Cucumber sandwiches, egg sandwiches, sausage rolls, scones with clotted cream and raspberry jam, lemon polenta cake and/or other small cakes with tea.  Booking essential.
