In Concert No. 2 of her series Partita, Fantasia, Caprice,  Philippa Mo explores a range of early music from the profound Guardian Angel Passacaglia from Biber’s 1678 Mystery Sonatas,  past two more energetic Fantasias by Telemann towards Bach’s first Partita in B minor, where every dance movement is answered by a ‘double’ or a variation.
