In Concert No. 2 of her series Partita, Fantasia, Caprice,  Philippa Mo explores a range of early music from the profound Guardian Angel Passacaglia from Biber’s 1678 Mystery Sonatas,  past two more energetic Fantasias by Telemann towards Bach’s first Partita in B minor, where every dance movement is answered by a ‘double’ or a variation. Coastal Light – Martyn Brewster, Peter Hayes, Paul Wearing opens 9/10 Sept

This autumn Martyn Brewster fills the galleries of Sladers Yard with his lyrical abstract paintings and pen and ink drawings of the Dorset coast. Alongside ceramics by Peter Hayes, Paul Wearing and other leading makers and the furniture of Petter Southall this promises to be a many layered textured feast of an exhibition.
