CORONAVIRUS RESPONSE

Sladers Yard Gallery will re-open from Wednesday 17 June. Customers will be asked to wash their hands on arrival and to keep 2 metres away from everyone else. Hand sanitiser will be available at the top and bottom of the stairs. The hand rails and door handles are regularly and frequently cleaned. We ask customers not to touch the displays unless they hope buy them. There is plenty of space here in the gallery and numbers coming upstairs will be kept to a workable level.

Café Sladers will now offer Takeaway only, with deliveries available within the Bridport area. Customers are welcome to email, phone (01308 459511) or come in to order and collect.

We are grateful to our wonderful clientele, artists, and the team working here. Both the current exhibition, From Dorset with Love, and our forward programme are second to none. We want to continue to provide inspiration and sustenance for our customers and to support our fantastically talented artists by selling their work face to face as well as online.

We are implementing measures keep everyone, staff and customers, safe and healthy. Those of you who come in will find a clean environment with plenty of space, great art and good companionship. Most of the usual menu of delicious food and drinks will be available to takeaway hot or ready to heat or freeze at home.

For those of you who need to stay at home, please keep an eye on our increasingly full and constantly changing Takeaway Menu. We will be very happy to receive your orders. Our exhibitions and much more are available to browse and buy online on this website.

As our much-loved more-mature member of staff needs to self-isolate, we regret that the gallery (first floor) will not open on Sundays until further notice. Gallery and Café opening hours are here.

We are here to contribute as best we can to the community effort to help each other through this period.
